Healthy Criticism refers to any form of judgment passed after observation but in a healthy manner such that the listener does not lower his self confidence and enthusiasm to perform his actions further. Healthy Criticism is required in all the phases of life, be it student life or the employment era.
Healthy Criticism helps us to grow ourselves, as we tend to practice more things and include more innovations in our task. Ultimately we not only contribute to the task but ourselves too.
Healthy criticism done by the boss, teacher or any learned person helps us to analyze our mistakes; we start working on our errors and improve them every passing day.
Whenever we are guided by someone about improvement in a task, we widen the bandwidth of our knowledge. We start learning new things and becoming better at our work.
We are undoubtedly not the most learned person on the earth. We learn from everything, especially healthy criticizers because they provide us a direction to think, thus broadening our experience.
Whenever we are criticized by anyone, we gain enthusiasm and our inner self awakens to do the task in a better fashion, so that there are no chances of complaining again.
