Any sign of aging that we come across is generally dreaded by most of us, be it your first grey hair, appearance of fine lines or wrinkles or inability to do physically intensive work. However, there are ample reasons to stay positive that you are in the privileged league of adults.
As you age, your experiences make you wiser and you are better able to understand people and situations. This makes your actions are more sensible, evaluated and directed towards your betterment
It is good to come across the fact that youngers are paying respect to your presence or to what you speak; through their gestures or by simply listening to what you say.
At any point of age when you look back, it is good to realise the successful accomplishments you made; be it at work or in your family.
If you are married and have children, they become your biggest reason to be happy for. Their presence, success and company make you realize of the blessings you have.
The feeling of sadness, anger and fear become less pronounced and there is a greater sense of security as you age. Things in life get more settled thereby reducing stress and worry.
Aging helps you focus on more important things in life and let go of the trivial things. Since our priorities get clearer and our perception towards various aspects of life gets more mature, we are able to focus on more positive things in life.
Everyone else is getting older!!
Think of the fact that everyone is getting older. You have had your share of joys at a particular age and try to make the best of what you have at your present age. Everyone who is young will come to your age one day.
