The concept of MDRO
The bacteria and viruses have evolved themselves against the antibiotics and other medication due to genetic mutations. These organisms have become stronger and our bodies are becoming weaker due to poor care, food and no rest. As a result, when we are attacked by these MDRO’s we end up becoming too sick due to insufficient immunity levels. A lot of people are admitted to intensive care units for this very reason.
Due to pollution, complex life style and low resistance one often gets down with common cold and viral. To overcome this disease and get back to routine we all end up popping in antibiotics without realizing how harmful they really are.
Antibiotics could make you resistant to medication and they also help the bacteria to evolve themselves against a specific spectrum of antibiotics.
Junk food, frozen food and fast food is very unhealthy for one and all. Complex and pressurized lifestyles often force us to buy something on the way to curb our hungers. This has a devastating effect on our health on the longer run and we end up losing out on our immunity level.
Food constitutes a major factor for building up good immunity which we often end up ignoring.
Positivity again brings in a lot of feel good factors in the body which supports the functioning of the body well. By being positive you end up having very good immunity and efficiency which helps you to perform well.
Tensions, depressions, worry and negativity brings down the immunity of the body tremendously. People end up having a lot of health problems just by the way they think in general. It is important to build immunity and health by following all the above mentioned practices.
