Actor Aamir Khan who had captured the hearts of many all over the world with some mind blowing acting in many films is acting is a film titled ‘’Dangal’’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari. This sports drama based film would have others like Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Sheikh etc and one of the most eagerly awaited films in 2016.

It is now said that in this film actor Aamir Khan would be playing the role of the great wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. It is known that this Mahavir Phogat taught his daughters Geeta and Babitha wrestling. Geeta in the year 2010 became the first woman wrestler to win a gold medal in Commonwealth Games.

It is now confirmed that in Haryana these two plus Mahavir’s other daughters Ritu, Sangita along with their cousins like Vinesh, Priyanka are also creating great impact. It is known that this Mahavir Singh Phogat left his job to train his two daughters in wrestling. It was in 2012 Geeta created history by becoming the first ever female wrestler to participate in the Olympic Games and made her dad and entire India proud.

The success of Geeta and Babitha motivated Mahavir Singh Phogat’s other daughters Ritu and Sangita to take up wrestling. In the year 2014 at the Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow their cousin Vinesh and Babitha won gold medals and brought happiness. It must be noted that initially Babitha and Geeta faced many problems and their dad Mahavir Singh Phogat was criticized for training girls in a sport that was for men community. The stupendous feats of Babitha and Geeta has motivated many girls in Haryana now thanks to a man named Mahavir Singh Phogat. Superb!!
