You will be amazed to know that Delhi’s ‘plastics king’, Bhanwarlal Raghunath Doshi, has given up Rs 600-crore worth business empire to embrace Jain monastic.
Doshi became a monk under the discipleship of Jain Acharya, Shri Gunratna Surishwarji Maharaj. Doshi became the 108th disciple of Surishwarji Maharaj and 354th postulant to become a monk under him. – Reported The Times of India.
- Bhanwarlal Raghunath Doshi started his business of Plastic Trading in Delhi in 1970’s with Rs. 30,000/-.
- Doshi was able to setup empire worth Rs 600 crore.
Last Sunday, he gave up all his wealth to become a Jain monk at a highly publicized and heavily attended event at the Ahmedabad Education Society.
