Chief executive of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority wants Sharjah to bring Bollywood to the Emirates now

Bollywood film industry is very famous film industry that involves huge money. This Bollywood film industry has made its presence felt in many countries all over the world. In UAE also this Bollywood industry is highly popular. It is well known that Sharjah is the largest and third highly populated city in the United Arab Emirates or UAE.

Latest news is chief executive of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) wants Sharjah to develop policies and incentives so that the Bollywood film industry could come to Sharjah for making top class movies. It is now confirmed that production of films could be awesome for Sharjah as 10million visitors would have visited emirates and this would improve the economical conditions there greatly.

According to Shurooq chief executive Marwan Bin Jassim Al Sarkal tapping opportunities at the right time is very important and it would prove successful. It must be noted that Abu Dhabi gave 30 % cash rebate on making a film. It is now brought out that major productions would inject money into the local economy and this in turn would bring many visitors to see the locations that are shown in the film. Thereby the economic situation would become better.

It is great to note that Sharjah has made its presence felt in many Hindi films that were made in the 80s and 90s. Chief executive Marwan Bin Jassim Al Sarkal also expressed his thoughts about how by giving cash incentives and streamlining visa and license fees and other procedures could go a long way in providing superb support for making films in Sharjah.
