Great news!! Some famous Indian films of the past are making comeback on the Zee television

It is often said that many Hindi classic films that were produced and released in the 1970’s and 1980’s are still remembered by the people even now because these films had created superb impact on the movie goers all over. The movie channel Zee Classic is still watched by many people as it shows many superb classic films of the past. Many present generation youngsters who otherwise would not have got a chance to watch these films are now able to watch old classic films through Zee Classic channel.

It must be noted that 16th of July 2016 would be special for the ardent Hindi film watchers because from this day onwards every Saturday at 10 pm selected Hindi classic films would be shown in this Zee Classic channel.

On 16th July the film ”Salaam Bombay” that showcased the lives of many street kids would be shown. This film has Shafiq Syed and Raghubir Yadav and was directed by Mira Nair. The superb news about this film is it won two national awards.

On 23rd July film Ketan Mehta’s ”Mirch Masala” would be shown with actors like Naseeruddin Shah and Smita Patel doing superb work. This story is about an arrogant tax collector and group of women of colonial India. On July 30th the film Salim Langde Pe Mat Ro would be shown and this film by Saeed Mirza won national award for camera and showcased communal issues. Like this other films like Ardh Satya, Qissa, 27 Down etc would also be shown for the sake of the viewers Great news!!
