Everyone has heard of MS Dhoni as a successful cricketer who taken India to glory but there are only rare that knew about Dhoni. His hardships, struggles, broken parts, life happening-all are going to unveil on this 30th September in the movie MS Dhoni-The Untold Story and then there is an important aspect of Dhoni’s life you all need to know which had moved him into tears when he was facing a successful start ahead of his career. We are talking about MS Dhoni’s ex-girlfriend- Priyanka Jha, Dhoni’s first love interest, who tragically got killed in an accident back in 2002 and the love that Dhoni still miss.

India’s most successful skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is now coming onscreen with his life and many surprises along the way and somewhere in between, Dhoni in an interview had said that, don’t show my journey, instead show my hardships and struggles so that people can learn from it and moreover, a part in fact a tragic part which Dhoni till now had hidden from the world is now ready to share it with everyone and that too in his Biopic-MS Dhoni, The Untold Story. The film will also reveal Priyanka Jha, a character played by Disha Patani as Dhoni’s first love live who died when Dhoni was making big with is career and how he suffered with the trauma. The film will unlock an unknown story.

Neeraj Pandey, the director of the films like, A Wednesday and Baby is all set to reveal some unknown facts about Dhoni’s life and the character will be played by Sushant Singh Rajput.

In the year 2002, when Dhoni was in his early 20’s and was busy making his own place in Team India and it was the same year when Dhoni met Priyanka Jha for the very first time and as he falls in love with her, the very moment Dhoni had decided to spend his rest of life with her.

In the tri-nation tournament with Kenya and Pakistan, he helped India A chase down 223 against their arch-rivals with a half-century, following up with consecutive centuries, scoring 362 runs in six innings at an average of 72.40. He caught the attention of then Indian captain Sourav Ganguly and interim coach Ravi Shastri, who took him in the ODI squad that toured Bangladesh in 2004 and little did Mahi know that in between touring and grabbing everyone’s attention in cricket field, many things back in his personal life had changed that was unknown to him.

The man who was making everyone proud was not even aware that he lost the person who was close to his heart, his strength, his everything – was killed in a tragic accident in the year 2002 and when Dhoni returned home post the tournament, he suffered a major setback when he knew that the lady he loved so much had died. His first love ended and that too in the most disastrous way. Priyanka Jha could not survive the injuries and this one incident turned Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s life upside down.

It took him a long time to get back on track but after that the determined Dhoni started making and breaking all records but Dhoni, just like he has showcased grit and determination on the green turf time and again, did an encore off it to claw his way back to normal life. He played again and rose through the ranks and finally became the skipper of the Men in Blue. But even after his marriage with Sakshi Singh Rawat, on July 4, 2010 but Dhoni could never forget Priyanka Jha, the women he loved.

Dhoni wants that this chapter needs to be told to the world.
