Naina de Bois-Juzan is the founder and owner of the restaurant ‘Le Bistro du Parc.’ It is a first French restaurant established in Delhi, based on the notion of bistronomie. ‘Bistronomie’ was a restaurant movement in France which led to serving of delicious and creative cuisines at much lower prices than that available in the market. Naina was born in France and is an Indian-French girl.

Naina wanted to open a dream restaurant, featuring some of the best cuisines. However she always found the same missing in Delhi. Originally she do not belong to the hospitality industry but the passion of opening a dream restaurant ,made her lay her footprints in the same domain. The lady moved from France to India 8 years ago and completed her education from Lady Sriram College, Delhi.

Naina really wanted to come out with a restaurant as she saw in Paris, be it furnishing or cuisines. She also makes it a point to use local products available on the outskirts of Delhi. She has a manager from Canada, who she thinks is an efficient one. A jazz takes place in the restaurant every Wednesday, which makes it’s a unique and attractive one.

Naina de Bois-Juzan is one of the hidden icons, who need recognition as at a young age she has shown the passion to pursue her dreams and come out with a restaurant, one of its kinds. Le Bistro du Parc is like a cherry on the top in the capital. The young lady aims to work in such a fashion so that people feel home like. She loves it when people order for another cuisine, only because they loved it. Naina certainly deserves more recognition and praise.
