Pranati Rai Prakash sees herself as a Bollywood actress after five years down the row


Pranati Rai Prakash – India’s Next Top Model season two winner and sees herself as a Bollywood actress in the coming five years. The 21-year-old Pranati had a tough fight in the finale of the show from fellow contestants Subhamita Banerjee and Jantee Hazarika.

As Pranati told to PTI about her ambitions that she wants to works harder than ever and exploring more of modelling, she is presently aimed at doing more and more fashion shows.

Pranati is just 21, aiming at films but for now she will stick to her modelling career.

“Once I go on the acting side, I think I won’t be able to get back to modelling. I always want to take it hand in hand, both of them together,” she added.

The MTV show featured actress Lisa Haydon and ace photographer Daboo Ratnani as judges, while VJ-actress Anusha Dandekar and Neeraj Gaba were mentors.

Pranati was a contender in Miss India 2015 where she won in the categories of Miss Beautiful Legs, Miss Fashion Icon and Miss Talented.

According to Pranati, she was high with the show America’s next Top model and was amazed at the transformation of girls on the show.

When she saw Lisa for the very first time, she couldn’t take her eyes off from her. Pranati feels that Lisa is most sorted women she has ever met.

The modelling reality show was an adaptation of America’s Next Top Model. The show started with 13 new faces competing with each other for the title and finally three of them emerged as frontrunners. Also, Pranati will get to model for certain brands with a modelling contract for a year and an opportunity to feature in a reputed lifestyle magazine.

Pranati was happy to be the winner of the show- India’s Next Top Model Season2  and she was overwhelmed by the support she had received from all over.

“The show has helped me not only to represent myself but also got my state, Bihar, noticed in the modelling arena and I hope to carry the title of India’s Next Top Model to the best of my potential,” she said.
