He believes that his company works on certain principles. He also believes that his company is reasonably aggressive on targets and pace. They like to be ambitious.

He think that doing business is very different from other things. While his initial days of Entrepreneurship he believe he had very humbling experience when he was not able to make any sales.
When they started Ola Cabs they were not sure how big this business could become. As they moved they realized it’s a big opportunity. They realized that transport was a problem & pain area which was worth resolving.
He’s a first generation Entrepreneur because his parents were not into business. When he started his first venture it was a tough task for him but a great learning experience. His father didn’t speak to him for almost six months as he was worried about his career. Good thing was he didn’t have anything to lose at that time.
