14 year old Tanay Malhara from Jalgaon,Maharashtra is the winner of the dance reality TV show Dance+ Season 2.
For this season of the Star Plus show, the Choreographer-director was Remo D’Souza, he was also the super judge.The captains were Shakti Mohan, Dharmesh Yelande and Punit J Pathak .Together they announced his name as the winner of the second season of the show.
Along with the trophy, Malhara, also awarded Rs 25 lakh and a car. His rivals in the competition were the Wild Rippers crew, Piyush Bhagat and Sushant Khatri.
Malhara was thrilled and surprised on winning .He mentioned that the feeling of victory was yet to sink in.
He was delighted to know that many people were supporting him. He dedicates his win to his Dharmesh sir who has supported him throughout the show and Shakti and Punit who constantly motivated him.
His most memorable moment was when he was told that he deserved to be the next dance icon of the nation.
The finale show also had the Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor and Rio Olympics bronze medal-winning wrestler Sakshi Malik to motivate the contestants.
On Malhara’s win Remo mentioned this win will inspire the nation and show that if one is just born to dance and has a sheer will to continue that age and size don’t matter.
